In other words, an escrow closing is also a type of loan closing where an escrow agent works for the whole deal. He accepts the loan funds as well as mortgage from the lender. He also receives the money from the buyer along with the deed from the seller. He is the one who is responsible for the completion of the legal transaction. Closing escrow is that occasion where the sale of a real estate, or any other property, like sale of a home, is finalized, and the buyer pays the mortgage and other costs. This escrow provides you with a guarantee that your fund and property is safe. It assures you that neither the funds nor the property will change hands until the term is completed. The escrow closing is basically the climax of the whole transaction. It is the legal transfer of any property from the seller to the buyer.
